Project Overview

Located within the larger Waterville residential development, these private sector residential clusters represent a shift away from the previous high-density housing on the rest of the site to a lower-rise medium-density model, arranged in a series of groups set around different small landscaped areas, cul-de-sacs and natural features in the landscape.

The Brandon Square development includes a total of 132 no. dwellings, and a further 44 no. units in Rossan Court. Both developments include a mix of house types within the typology of two-storey terraces of three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses, using a variety of façade treatments and roof shapes.

The houses are constructed to generous space standards and for future extendability, and incorporate high levels of sustainability, achieve A3 BER ratings.
