Project Overview

This proposed development contains a mixed-use residential and office development within 2 no. Blocks of 14 and 15 storeys in height along with a single storey kiosk. The residential component will be a build to rent development of 190 no. Apartments with residential amenity facilities. The development also includes 518m² of offices, a restaurant, a gym with changing facilities, a café kiosk and a basement for car and bike parking and associated facilities.

The proposed development is located at a key site at the junction of Ballymoss Road and Blackthorn Avenue, opposite the Stillorgan Luas stop and will form part of the gateway to the Sandyford Business District.

The proposed buildings mark the location of a new public plaza adjacent to the Luas stop and along with the new space will be clearly recognizable and provide a coherent identity for new development at neighborhood, local and street level in accordance with the intention of the local framework plan.

Planning permission was granted by An Bord Pleanala in Q2 of 2022.
