Project Overview

The Adamstown SDZ called for a building with local services at this key junction where Adamstown Way meets Adamstown Park. The clients brief called for an economic building form to deliver 80 units in a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The proposal will deliver a pair of five storey apartment buildings with a creche and covered car park at ground floor. In terms of massing, the key corners are marked by higher building volumes picked out in dark grey coloured render. The rest of the facades mix light coloured brick and render panels with dark grey coloured accent panels at the building entrances. The creche entrance is marked by a tree lined landscaped plaza that runs from the building out to the street corner with Adamstown Park.
