The Reflector
Project Overview
This vibrant new development integrates both residential and commercial elements, anchored by a newly created street that links Hanover Quay to Green Street East. The design features a generously landscaped public realm, enhancing connectivity and pedestrian experience in the area.
The residential block is constructed as a 6 storey L-shaped block, fronting onto Green Street East and the new pedestrian street, and providing 40 residential units with a range of apartment types and sizes, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. All apartments are dual aspect, some units having views down towards the Liffey.
All units comply with the space standards and dimensional requirements set out in the Dublin City Development Plan, along with a combination of private balcony spaces and shared garden spaces at ground and roof level.
The completed buildings have been designed and constructed to achieve high standards of sustainability, with residential units achieving a minimum of BER “A3” rating, and the commercial building achieving LEED Gold accreditation.
