Project Overview

This 195 bedroom hotel overlooks the Grand Canal at Charlemont Place.   Part of a mixed-use development including offices, the hotel is organised as two parallel blocks, with a  serpentine glazed link between them at ground level.   The hotel has conference facilities for 300 people looking out on a dished landscaped plaza which is the centrepiece of the development. All deliveries and services take place at basement level.  The building is finished in buff stock bricks with a Granite Loggia defining the entrance under a sweeping glazed canopy.

Interiors are by Josef Ransley.
