Project Overview

Developed by BKD as the Quality Hotel, located in the heart of the thriving South Docks Area in Dublin, originally featured 211 bedrooms, on seven floors over ground- and lower-ground-floor public areas; a leisure centre with swimming pool, treatments rooms and conference facilities. The extensive use of natural limestone flooring, oak panelling and furniture by contemporary Irish manufactures, combined with original art work by Irish artists, generated a distinctive modern Irish feel and look, resonating with the vibrancy of the area.
