Project Overview

The award-winning Dundrum Town Centre is Ireland’s largest urban retail-driven development. The new town centre realises the ambitions of the Strategic Plan for the Greater Dublin Area for this 17-acre site, yet is carefully integrated into the existing urban fabric of Dundrum village.

The heart of the new town is a lively civic square, centred around a restored 18th century mill pond and mill house.

A world-standard pedestrianised public realm and shopping environment set the stage for over 160 shops and some 30 restaurants, as well as a 12-screen multiplex cinema, offices, residential apartments, a pub and underground parking for over 3,000 cars.
