The development will consist of 180,000 sqft of office space comprising of 3no. three storey office blocks over a basement carpark. The development also includes a new multi-level carpark building and a cafe building.

The new masterplan represents an evolution of the existing waterside development. This design evolution is intended to provide more sustainable building configurations which will deliver accommodation that is better adapted to the current commercial office market, while at the same time building on the principles already established in the existing Master Plan, in terms of building design and landscaping.
