Project Overview
At Bankside, BKD architects have transformed an existing office development into a modern, state-of-the-art office building located along Dublin’s Grand Canal. Spanning approximately 8,440 sqm across seven floors, this premium office space is designed to meet the highest standards of modern business needs. We achieved a Building Energy Rating (BER) of A3 and is LEED Gold certified, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability.
Floor plates have been fully fitted and furnished accommodation offers flexible options, including open plan offices, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, hot desk areas, private offices, and canteen/breakout spaces. Enhanced end-of-journey facilities include 17 showers, 141 bicycle spaces and a drying room, catering to the needs of employees who cycle or run to work.
This refurbishment of an existing office building demonstrates how office accommodation of the highest quality can be achieved be the reuse and rejuvenation of existing buildings.
