Project Overview

This project involved the extension and refurbishment of a 1990s office block at Georges Quay for Irish Life. The extension comprised of one additional floors, as well new and refurbished building facades, and full internal refurbishment.

The building sits on an existing shared basement. New end of journey facilities have been included. The project achieved the highest environmental standards, including BER A3, LEED Platinum V3 as well as substantial embodied carbon saving due the retention of the existing structure.
