Project Overview

This award winning four star landmark hotel, located on the banks of the Grand Canal at Baggot Street Bridge features 260 bedrooms over six storeys with restaurant, lounge, fitness suite and boardrooms.  The hotel was first developed by BKD in 1994 by converting a 1960’s office building, and the hotel was subsequently further developed by BKD with phase two in 2004.
