Project Overview

Four and Five Park Place represent the third phase of the highly successful Park Place development on Hatch Street Upper, Dublin 2.

These landmark buildings rise 11 storeys above a shared basement car park and provide premium headquarters accommodation, offering approximately 11,493 sq.m and 6,874 sq.m respectively. With a combined net internal area of 18,393 sq.m, they exemplify sustainable design and set a benchmark for current and future best practices in high-specification office development.
