Project Overview
BKD have secured planning permission extension and refurbishment of a 2no adjoining 2000’s office blocks on Hatch street and Adelaide Road currently knows as Hardwicke House and Montague House.
The extension will comprise of three additional floors, as well new building facades, full internal refurbishment and a suite of office amenities including roof terraces and end of journey facilities to create a modern and sustainable development.
The design targets the highest environmental standards, including BER A2/A3, LEED Platinum V4 as well as substantial embodied carbon saving due the retention of the existing structure.
