Project Overview

This project involved the extension and refurbishment of a 1970’s office block at Bank Centre Ballsbridge for DAVY.  The extension comprised of one additional floor, and the refurbishment of the 1970;s architectural façade including new windows. The building was subject to a pre-let to Meta and was fully fitted out with cat A and Cat B finishes to there specification. The building sits on an existing shared basement with new end of journey facilities included.  The building achieves the best practice environmental standards, including BER A3, LEED GoldV4 as well as substantial embodied carbon saving due the retention of the existing structure.
