Haddington Buildings, involved the extensive refurbishment of these four storey over lower ground floor office buildings, including renovation of the facades with replacement & upgraded window systems. The new four storey glazed facade and double height reception of One Haddington Buildings, gives the building its own unique character with a strong presence on Haddington Road.

Each floor has been finished to provide newly fitted WC’s and lobby areas with full new M&E and plant upgrades, including 3no. new lifts. New end of journey facilities have been included including new accessible WC and shower rooms at basement level with adjoining locker room and cleaner’s store, male and female showers, changing rooms and locker facilities.

This nearly zero energy building, utilises multi-service chilled beams will provide fresh air to the space as well as all cooling and heating. The retrofit and refurbishment of Haddington Buildings is a sustainable and carbon-conscious solution to modern office requirements.
