Project Overview

Fifteen George’s Quay involved the extension and refurbishment of a 1990’s office block at this prime location along the Quays. The extension comprised of two additional floors, as well new building facades and full internal refurbishment to transform the existing building into a contemporary office and sustainable example. The building sits on an existing shared basement and with over 7,800 sqm of modern office space offering, the scheme also includes new end of journey facilities and communal spaces to the highest standards, such as roof top terrace with panoramic views to Custom House. It has achieved the highest environmental standards, including BER A3, LEED Platinum V4 as well as substantial embodied carbon saving due the retention of the existing structure.
