Project Overview

The project consists of both large and small retail units with a bank, offices and apartments.

It immediately adjoins the largely retail Blanchardstown Centre development and reinforces the Centre as a shopping destination.

The retail park consist of 10 units, the form of each is expressed by a curved roof along its length. The units have a steel structure, with standing seam metal roofs and metal insulated panel cladding. The entrance elevations have stone and glazing and a dramatic steel signage tower to each unit. Hard and soft landscaping complete the high quality environment in and around this project.
