Project Overview

Three Park Place enjoys a prime location directly across from the Iveagh Gardens, in the heart of Dublin’s dynamic commercial and cultural district, now proudly known as the city’s prestigious National Concert Hall Quarter.

This landmark development features approximately 190,000 sq ft of high-spec, fourth-generation office space across nine storeys, with a single basement level. The building is LEED Platinum certified, reflecting the highest standards in sustainability and design.

As part of a major urban regeneration project, Three Park Place stands as a flagship phase in a broader city redevelopment. Completed in early 2019, it was selected by the IDA as the location for its new headquarters.
