Project Overview

This premium office development consists of a seven-storey building over two basement levels, delivering approximately 16,000 sqm of state-of-the-art, 4th Generation office space. Designed to the highest sustainability standards, the building has achieved LEED Platinum certification.

Originally approved by Dublin City Council and later refined by an An Bord Pleanála decision, the project was ultimately chosen as the new headquarters for Arthur Cox Solicitors. Following an extensive two-year evaluation process, during which over ten existing and planned office developments were assessed, Arthur Cox selected this building. A key factor in their decision was the exceptional space planning and design, which aligned seamlessly with their operational needs.

The development also sensitively incorporates four Protected Structures on Earlsfort Terrace, which have been carefully integrated into the overall design. Delivered by Clancourt Group, the building now proudly serves as the Arthur Cox Head Office.
