Project Overview

A ‘Cluster’ development of medium and high support bungalows for clients of the Daughters of Charity with intellectual disability. Bungalows are grouped around a Day Centre providing catering, gym, multisensory, music arts and crafts and other facilities which form part of the daily life of residents. Each bungalow provides separate accommodation for six clients with specialised bathroom and other support areas together with small kitchen, dining and living room. The bungalow has an outdoor terrace overlooking shared and secure communal gardens.
