Project Overview

On the banks of the Grand Canal, 21 Charlemont is a recently completed office development for our clients Rohan Holdings.

The office building comprises 45,000 sqft of grade A office space and large feature roof terrace on the fourth floor over-looking the Grand Canal and city centre. The development features solar gain management system including balcony and trellis shading and energy efficient green roof. The car parking spaces are accessed via 2 car lifts with additional parking next door.
