Project Overview

Sportslink is a signature sport and leisure building developed on a green field site just off the M50 in North Dublin. The building houses a 25m six-lane training pool, 350 m² leisure pool with water features, sauna, steam room, changing, health & fitness and social facilities.  The entire building is housed within a clear-span glulam timber post and beam structure, which carry’s a monopitch roof in a single vault over the main leisure space. The end elevation incorporates a full height glazed curtain walling system with high level timber brise-soleil sun shading, to provide panoramic views out onto the surrounding 5-acre site. Interiors include cool off white painted interior walls, plain matt glazed tiling, feature areas of coloured mosaic tiling and timber wall cladding. Externally there are a series of all-weather pitches, tennis courts and a bowling green.
