Waterville : Blanchardstown Residential Development

Following an Area Action Plan developed and approved with Fingal County Council, a Masterplan of high density residential development was proposed for lands formerly part of the James Connoly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown.

The masterplan allows for a total of 1520 Residential Units which includes a combination of a large number of innovative plan types including Townhouses, Apartments and Duplexes in 2, 3 & 4 storey  configurations along with 5/6 storey Apartment Blocks all set in a Landscaped Parkland.

The area is now being developed as Waterville Residential Development.
