Social & Affordable Housing, Sillogue 5

The Sillogue 5 scheme was awarded following a design build competition with John Sisk & Son Ltd. A high degree of prefabrication and standardisation where employed from the outset to optimise the construction sequence. The project comprises 135 dwellings in apartment duplex and house form with large terraces and a central park with playground within a strong urban street structure.
