The Headlands, formerly part of Presentation College, consists of a mix of residential accommodation including detached and terraced housing, apartments and duplex units. The blocks are arranged and set down along the natural slope of the site taking full advantage of the exceptional views of the sea, Bray Head and the Sugarloaf. External treatments incorporate different combinations of brick finish with timber detailing and painted plaster in such a way so as to provide unique and distinctive character to each unit together with a comprehensive hard and soft landscaping concept for the site which protects and conserves the sylvan character of the site.
