Office Development at Shelbourne Road Dublin

Located on the site of the former G&T Crampton building works between Shelbourne Road and the River Dodder this development consists of 11,500m² of air-conditioned offices. Part of the challenge at design stage was to conceal the bulk of the development and harmonize in character with the neighboring Victorian residential buildings of Shelbourne and Lansdowne Roads.

This was achieved by stacking and terracing the accommodation from three storeys on Shelbourne Road up to five over basement nearer the river Dodder. Materials and detailing in stone, brick, metal and wood were selected for harmony and to provide a hand finished end result. The development forms a Corporate Headquarters for IONA Technologies PLC.
