Georges Dock 5 and 6 Custom House Docks Development

Georges Dock 5 and 6 was the final office development of the first phase of the International Financial Services Centre. It consists of a pair of office buildings which form a landscaped courtyard and are set within richly landscaped sunken gardens. The total building area is 11,300m². The finishes chosen reflect the palate of materials used on neighbouring buildings and the form alludes to the heritage of warehouses and industrial buildings scattered throughout the Docklands. The elevations feature brickwork, aluminium cladding and curtain walling, sandstone spandrels and lintels and generous use of stonework at entrances.

The entrance interiors are finished with Portuguese limestone, screened with structural solar control glazing. Tenants include Statoil, Banc Nationale De Paris and KPMG.
