Customhouse Dock Development, IFSC

Following an international competition Burke-Kennedy Doyle Architects were commissioned to undertake a comprehensive urban renewal programme on this 27 acre site in the heart of the city. The Customs House Docks Development comprises office, residential and retail accommodation in the form of a vibrant new city quarter built around a series of harbour basins. Upon completion, this high profile scheme set the architectural benchmark for the extension of the south docks area of the city. The development includes 116,000 m2 of office accommodation, 134 apartments, bars, restaurants, retail and a hotel.
