Charlemont Street Development, Dublin 2

Located at the corner of Charlemont Street and Charlemont Place, the development consists of four Office buildings of four floors plus a penthouse level, all over a shared basement car park. The four buildings are joined together to form an open ended central courtyard and are part of an overall mixed use development also comprising the Hilton/ Stakis Hotel.

The external treatment is largely of buff clay brick with some selected elements in stone and aluminium framed windows. A large, fully glazed, circular rotunda feature defines the Charlemont Street /Charlemont Place corner. Emphasis is given to entrances by means of double height glazed screens and metal canopies. Upper levels incorporate recessed penthouses with external metal canopies carried on light metal structure.
