Ballyguile Phase 3

The first phase of 54 Social Housing units at Ballyguile is part of an overall masterplan for the site which will include affordable and private housing. The site proposed particular challenges to address 1:6 slope which was resolved through extensive cut and fill, to provide a level of open space and streetscape for the new houses. Dwellings are provided in split level blocks comprising apartments and duplex houses with large terraces overlooking the sea.
