Jacques is a Design Director in BKD Architects with over 25 years’ experience in the design and delivery of a range of projects in both the private and public sector with an emphasis on large scale mixed use, commercial and large scale residential developments.
Jacques experience includes operating as Design Architect for the Boland’s Quay Mixed use redevelopment; which delivered three new signature buildings amidst rejuvenated heritage buildings, new streets and public spaces overlooking Grand canal dock in Dublin. The entire development is now owned by Google.
Jacques experience also includes the delivery of large-scale residential developments under both the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) and the Large Scale Residential (LRD) planning permission systems.
Jacques provides development advice to a number of major shopping centre / retail development clients around the country and has undertaken assessments in the potential of commercial properties for major banks and receivers.
