Official Marketing Launch of Boland’s Quay
Mark Reynolds of Savill’s, the Nama-appointed receiver to the site, will officially launch the marketing of the Boland’s Quay project this evening – 06/04/2016.
The development will be marked by three tapering, signature buildings set around new public space on the canal dock edge. The eclectic mix of refurbished industrial heritage structures, high quality contemporary new build, new public streets and the connection to the water will deliver a unique experience in this part of the city.
When complete the development will deliver 37,000 m² of commercial, residential, restaurant, café and a cultural exhibition space.
A new pedestrian bridge, two new civic plazas with water frontage to Grand Canal Dock and a cultural/community space of 549 m² (5,910 sqft) are also included.
The principal historic buildings on the site are two six-storey stone warehouse buildings dating from the 1830’s, as well as a number of buildings on Barrow Street dating from the 1870’s.
