This development is situated at the Northern corner of the IFSC between Tara Street Train Station on the West side and the inner Dock Basin on the East side. The total building area is 6,000m². It is occupied by several financial service firms of international standing. Principal exterior finishes include aluminium curtain wall and cladding, clay brick and sandstone spandrels and parapets which echoed the finishes of adjacent Victorian warehouses.
This palette of materials established the basis for selection of materials for the successive series of buildings that were to follow. The building stands in a richly landscaped setting which responds to the fine quality and detail of its finishes.
